  one month waiting for the product. never arrived. the first time they wrote: it was lost from the courier agent the second time: there was an anomaly in the logistics partner's system i propose them to send me again the item they cannot send a replacement item, because they have just discovered there is an issue with this batch of products. they made a refund: It was so embarrassing
