  The item was unable to be used because it was someone else’s before so it needed to be transferred which is fine but in order to transfer it, I either had to have the previous owner transfer is (which the seller couldn’t do) or wait 15 days. Super inconvenient and when you buy something with fast shipping then have to wait more than two weeks to use it is kind of ridiculous.

  Item was exactly in the advertised condition. Seller responded promptly to questions and shipped quickly after the order was placed -- I would happily buy from them again.
