  This item was over a month late due to getting lost with the postal service. It finally arrived but with a damaged package. All of this was not the fault of the seller though. Luckily the item was in great condition just as described and only the package was damaged not the item. The seller was easy to communicate with through this unfortunate issue even while they were out of the country. I recommend this seller despite this mishap it wasn't their fault at all.

  Seller was rude/unprofessional when I KINDLY asked abt the product’s authenticity, replying, “I’ve been doing this for 25 years, what makes you think that” Despite this, I bought the item bcz of the 100% positive feedback and good listing. he shipped fast, but the product looked nothing like the listing. When I reached out, the seller agreed to refund me after I returned it,so I did. But he completely ghosted me! I had to go through eBay’s Money Back Guarantee to get my refund. Bad exp. overall!

  Deeply disturbed buyer / stalker. Initially harassed me prior to buying. Did not like the face on coconut the monkeys beanie so made me pay to return it. Ask to see pictures of three other coconut the monkeys beanie so I sent am_5304 those pictures.They picked the one they liked and buyer bid 18.99 paid then ask me for a 40% discount before I ship or she was going to cancel the order. I do not want to discount so she cancelled and left me negative feedback, I banned am_5304 from bidding
