  Awesome seller and the product is as described as brand new in box. Packaged really well and seller’s shipping was really fast however eBay shipping was on the slow side this time. Really recommended seller 👍🏻

  I would like to say unfortunately UPS dropped the ball on getting the item shipped to me but the seller on the other hand was excellent as far as communication and working with me on the matter I did receive a refund and the seller's communication was outstanding we work together to resolve this issue I wish I could leave feedback to UPS because they would not get the positive feedback that this company is getting. I would highly recommend this seller.

  Be aware of this seller! The Dell Active Pen they are selling is described as "new" on the website, but the item I received was far from being new. The box was opened and parts were missing. The pen is heavily used, with scratches on the pen, the pen tip is also worn, and there are even many toothmarks on the other end of the pen. Returned the pen in the box it came in to the seller immediately, but the seller opened a case on eBay, indicating I returned a used pen without the original box.
