  Absolutely excellent product quality—arrived in brand-new condition just as described. The item was priced very fairly, showing great value for the money. Packaging was done with great care; it was neatly bundled, well-protected, and even had a nice presentation. Shipping was impressively fast, and the seller’s distribution and handling were top-notch.   I went a little off the rails because the panels came but not the generator and tracking only showed the panels. They had shipped the generator but tracking number not entered so it showed delivered with the panels. Came a day later. Packaged great and in great condition. Should have trusted the number of sales and positive reviews. They responded to my initial complain immediately. A+ service and product.

  Great value! Box a bit scruffy but the headphones were as new. Work as advertised. The directions were minimal but only took a few minutes to figure out. The only downside was an 8-day delivery time (from California to Oregon) instead of the 2-4 day delivery time advertised. Customer service was immediate when I brought it to their attention; USPS screw-up and not Anker Outlet Store's fault.

  Received the camera two days ahead of the original delivery date. The camera matches the description and appears to be in good shape. There was confusion with the shipping (probably on the carrier's end-- it said it was delivered when it had not arrived yet), but the seller was able to clarify and resolve the confusion promptly. I would buy from them again.

  My first purchase of one of these camera's was a little over a month ago...gave the seller a well deserved 5 stars. This was my second purchase of the same camera. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery. Seller was right on it. Gave me a discount on a already discounted price. If I could give this seller 10 stars I would. In any case, I highly recommend this seller and I have them saved in my favorite seller list!

  Wow next day shipping! I thought I ordered this off Amazon not ebay with how fast the seller sent it!!!! Refurbished are you sure 🤔??? Nice new box, factory seal on box (well the circle mans use) all parts and accessories, absolutely nothing missing!! I might have ordered too much wow so many lights for the money my 100ft will definitely cover the house. Great seller, great shipping, great prices and great company i love eufy! Thanks
