  I ordered a juicer advertised as brand-new. What arrived was clearly used, dirty, and missing parts – absolutely disgusting condition. The seller ignored my messages for days and only responded after I involved eBay, offering a silent token partial refund instead of taking responsibility, no apology. The whole process was slow, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. Only via ebay I eventually got my refund, but I wasted time repacking and returning an item that should never have been sold.

  what a poor show.ordered on august 20th push back dates,little or no communication arrived today sept 1st.in 13 years of buying through ebay this has been the longest and drawn out process.Was going to order more belts but definitely not.

  I ordered 3 of the green, when the post turned up, there was only 1 item in the packaging. When challenged the seller did nothing to rectify this. I submitted a claim for non delivery and had my funds returned. Another eBay seller to avoid.
