  After waiting a extra week or more cuz their supply was out of stock I received my item to discover that it want the same as pictured. I contacted the seller and they said that it will work the same it just looks different then the picture. Well I ordered it because I liked the way it looked. I don't like the way this one looks and the seller was gracious enough to offer me $3 as compensation three whole dollars. Wow! Wow, don't buy from this seller buyer beware buyer beware

  We informed him of the delay 1 day after the order was placed. He asked for a discount for the inconvenience, which we accepted. After receiving the item, he raised a concern about our logo. We explained it was a recent cosmetic update—same product and performance, just with our new branding. To address his concern, we offered a % partial refund and reminded him of our free return policy. We didn’t receive a response, and he didn’t return the item. Half of his reviews are a negative experience.

  Quality product, perfect condition, great value for what is offered! This purchase had a rocky start with a small delay. I understand 5 day hold to clear funds, but when i didn't get tracking and we past the delivery window I had to reach out. Whomever I spoke with was very professional and was able to help this order along to reach it's destination. Whoever that was I really appreciate you! I am still owed on this one as an apology for the mishap. Hoping they honor their word, so far they do.
