  There was a defective part in the kit I received from them, but I reached out to them and informed them of the issue and they were very fast to respond to communication. They promptly arranged to have a replacement part sent to me, and I would highly recommend this seller based on how they handled the issue. WDBWA A+

  This seller couldn’t have been more helpful! I know I’m hella annoying and ask a lot of questions and stuff but they were super patient and polite and answered all questions anyway. They also worked with me in shipping it to a delivery service so I’m able to get the exact intake I want in California (since cali sucks huevos with that law). I’m so excited for it to get here, thank youuuuuu! 10/10 def recommend this shop! Great quality, condition, value and appearance was perfect and hella fast!

  Slight delay in shipping, but good communication and accurate tracking. Good packaging and product as described. Contacted me prior to shipping to verify that I had chosen the correct parts.

  The first attempted shipping of product did not arrive so I contacted the seller and they were quick to ship out another one. When it arrived it was missing a few parts. I contacted seller and they refunded $20 partial for the inconvenience of me having to call K&N to get replacement parts. K&N was very easy and fast and new parts are on the way. This seller was very thorough and understanding throughout the entire process. I would recommend.
