  First I ordered this statue which I didn’t received for 1 month and after that it was cancelled by the seller because of some reason but still I didn’t received my refund

  Paper quality wasn't very good. Also, the cuts were not propery measured, after sticking it to the wall, you could clearly see the difference of two different stickers

  Pre-sales communication was good, after payment ignored my messages pertaining to false tracking number. India Post didn't recognise the tracking number. I chased this, eventually got a long reply stating that due to customs issues the parcel didnt track. I've used India Post for many years, the seller didn't send the item because the shipping cost was probably too high, but made a false excuse about customs. I got a refund in the end, but I'm not happy about the customer service and despatch.
