    I have attached photos of the advertisement for the item which displayed the purchase date and images of the item along with images of the item which I received to the seller. Their responses (over a weeks time) was that they refuse to admit that they had sent an item which didn't have the retaining ring and my eyes were faulty. They wasted (what should be considered $100 worth of time on the clock to disrespect a customer who trying to buy a $26 product; when it's the customer is correct.
