  It’s a very nice glass, but it doesn’t have the Waterford insignia on it.

  As described in the description, the mark can be found by looking through the bottom in direct sunlight. If the mark still can not be found you can shine a flashlight over the bottom of the tumbler and it should pop out. You may have one that has a mark that has been cut through, but partially there.
