  This item processed and shipped very quickly. The box it came it was good but the internal wrapping was only one piece of thin packaging material. The pictures did not provide adequate condition of the item upon receipt it showed paint/chip issues not mentioned in the description either. The seller was quick to respond to my email and on the spot did a full refund.

  Package arrived on time item was as described but the wooden box the silverware was in was badly damaged during transit. There was no protective packaging around the wooden box, just the cardboard box it was shipped in
