    The item was shipped promptly, and communication with this seller was excellent. The USPS delayed delivery by ping-ponging the package between two states (the seller and I are in the same state just 4 hours away) but that's no fault of the seller. The item finally arrived, carefully packaged with no damage, and was as described/pictured. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    Shipping was very quick and I was informed with tracking notifications every step of the way. The packaging was professional and the item was protected so it arrived in new condition.     In spite of good packaging this item arrived with a broken frog (the package exterior was crumpled). I contacted this seller and within an hour, I was issued a refund. Although disappointed that the item was damaged, I would recommend this seller without reservation for the professional way this was handled.

    I am very pleased with the American Girl doll. The seller's description and pictures are excellent. The doll is clean and was packaged well. The cost of shipping was more than I would normally like to pay, but the over all cost was reasonable. I would recommend this seller.

    I was very pleased when I received my order. They were just as described! I had a problem with them, which can occur with Dansko clogs. The seller was phenomenal! She was super prompt and took care of the problem immediately! I am amazed at how professional, prompt and good at communication she is! Highly recommend this seller!
