  100% recommend this seller. I reached out to the seller b/c this warmer is very rear & I wanted to make sure it was real. They sent pictures w/ my info letting me know it was real. Once I paid they provided me shipping info when it was shipped out. The package arrived with no damage. Once I opened the package it was very padded because this item is breakable, even though its in another box with padding. I opened the package and it was perfect as described. Well worth the value I paid. Thank you!

  Seller is very responsive and reasonable. Shipped quickly, minimal packaging but no issues. A little expensive, but I love them and they actually seem to be in better condition that in the photos. I have other bears but these ones are so squished and chubby, it’s so cute and funny!

  Quality of the item was just as described. Mint condition with flawless discs. Value was ok and appearance of it was very good as well. My issue is with the shipping. When shipping a mint condition product, and the buyer, has to pay extra for shipping, the buyer expects it to be shipped in bubble wrap and cushioning. It’s lucky it was not damaged in transit but, when I saw they used just paper product excess to use as cushioning I was shocked to say the least. Please do better.

  Buyer, we are glad that you are satisfied with your order. However, we use all eco friendly recyclable packing materials and boxes, and bubble wrap is used sparingly when an order needs it, and this one did not. We have packed hundreds, if not thousands of orders this way, and not once have we had an issue during shipping.
