O Sklepie

Living half the year in San Pancho, Mexico we are surrounded by beautiful handcrafted works of wonder. We bring to you treasures to brighten your life, decorate your home or give as gifts. Folk Art made of Clay or Wood, Textiles, Day of the Dead decorations, Religious and Holiday pieces. Most of our items come from Mexico but you will also come across some gems from other lands. We have worked with artists across Mexico for 28 years so we have forged some long lasting wonderful collaborations. We have supplied collectors, stores and museums with pieces to fill their shelves and offer their customers.

    I am not leaving a negative but I am leaving a neutral. They sent me the wrong item. I sent them a picture showing them I got the wrong item. She said she's in Mexico and will make it right when she came back. It's been several weeks and no communication nor fixed in any way. I'm not going to make a big deal about it but as a paying customer, you should have contacted me again. I didn't get what I paid for but it is what it is.

    Not exactly true, we did have more communications and this was my response to you last week............oh no, I am so sorry. I had told you my daughter was here in Mexico with me and would send you the proper one upon her return. I feel horrible, things got....nuts..... and it 100% slipped my mind but 100% it should not have. If you want us to make that switch I will do so. ..........again, I am so sorry but you also said it wasn't a big deal and you never responded to my offer to right the ship
