  The hat is new and good quality altho since it was sent in a bubble envelope it was squashed flat like someone had sat on it. I did contact the seller who was very apologetic and suggested using heat on it which I had tried and most of the wrinkles did come out altho there are still come creases that cannot be removed. A partial refund was offered and not return the hat and I accepted. I feel this is a honest seller. Reminded them to use a box when shipping a hat. Recommend this seller.

  Shipping was quick and the item looks identical to the pictures and is of good quality. The seller is trustworthy and currently discussing an issue with the other item purchased.
