    The switch arrived on a good condition. The value, quality and appearance for the price is very good. It was shipped very fast and even shipping to thailand, was no problem. The VAT was refunded fast. During the setup of the switch i had many questions. Even those questions were only on my side and refering to usecases those questions were answered fast, informative and patiently. This is really extraordinary service! Thank you very much. I highly recommend this seller!

    Ringrazio Compicool per svariati motivi: - ha dato assistenza perfetta per verificare la compatibilità della RAM - ha risposto sempre velocemnete - ha avuto cura nel fornire la fattura nel modo corretto - la RAM è stata inviata in una confezione ben fatta, in modo che non potesse essere danneggiata durante il trasporto - la RAM inserita nella workstation ha funzionato subito e bene E' stato molto professionale e risolutivo. Uno dei migliori che ho incontrato fino ad ora.

    I've bought two units. They arrived very fast. The conditions are as described or better. I've received the rack ears, even through the description said they weren't included (really thanks for that). And I've also got them shipped with a card with 8 extra ethernet ports. They also packed the product very very well (else DPD would have smashed them during transport, the box has seen better days).

    Négociation went quickly. The vendor answered rapidly my offer. The delivery cost was fair. He shipped the goods the same day which I appreciated a lot. It took only a couple of days to get delivered fron Germany to france. The item description was conform to what I received. I recommend this vendor and I'll probably buy from him an other time.
