  This seller is phenomenal. Item came promptly and well-packaged but it was, unfortunately, the incorrect color. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent out the correct item and allowed me to keep the initial item since it was their error. They made the resolution process SO easy.

  Seller quickly responded to questions. Super fast in shipping. Received w/in couple days of auction's end. Item was as described. New and it worked! Part was recognized by HP and printed w/out any issues! I had a far better experience with this seller than when I bought a similar item from an actual store!

  For a battery I'd suggest a wee bit more safety packaging. Other than that nothing wrong with the battery. The batter is as described Shipping was faster than expected Price was reasonable for the item. For my first time ever ordering from eBay I'm very happy thank you!

  Seller responded quickly when I asked for additional photos. I installed the screen and everything was as described. But the print reader did not work, I swapped print readers from my broke screen and problem was solved. Not sure I could blame the seller as the print readers had same part numbers but lenses were different color. Packaging was very good the phone screen was padded and boxed twice. pricing was also very reasonable.
