  This is an excellent laptop that works great and was as listed. The seller was very easy to work with and communicate with. The price was very good. It looks brand new! The only problem was with USPS. They sent the package through their SYSTEM that made no common sense at all. We are 30 miles out of Little Rock and the shipment went by Little Rock TWICE before it finally stopped for 3 day late delivery. That was NOT the sellers fault. Super transaction other wise. SAVED seller for future buys.

  Microatx motherboard shipped in USPS Medium Priority Mail cardboard box and wrapped in as much bubble wrap that could possibly fit in the box; couldn't be better. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. I'm very pleased with the price I paid for what I received.

  I had a positive experience buying my computer from UpTeKK. The computer's description was accurate. They were responsive to questions I asked. The computer arrived when estimated and was packaged really well. I would buy from them again.

  You really learn how good a seller is when things go wrong, and uptekk is a good one — the item arrived damaged, likely due to the shipping carrier (well packed, but old speakers can be delicate). Seller was responsive and professional in finding a resolution that worked for everybody. Would absolutely buy from them again.

  The computer arrived in the described physical condition and was well packaged, but the seller was not honest about the battery condition. Battery was listed as "great condition" and it won't even charge and prevents the laptop from turning on most of the time. I am, however, able to use the machine plugged in. Be careful buying from this seller and ask them to test it on video before buying.

  The PC was shipped quickly and came with the RAM, cpu, and case as described. The only disappointment was that the BIOS was password protected and I am unable to access to check or make changes. This is a big deal to me since I work on PCs and make quite a few changes to hardware and like to check and tweak the settings. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive and offered that I could return it if I was unhappy. The PC was purchased at a good price and so I will keep it.
