  Informed Seller Driver-Side Wiper Arm arrived with a broken hose, making it useless. Multiple emails, change in tone, and final stating " The main function of the wipers-wiping the windshield - is not lost, so the item can still be used as intended. The washer function is part of the system, and the defect in the washer line is clearly visible in the listing photos", I choose to 1)not go thru return aggregation 2)accept a sub-equitable partial-refund and 3) inform e-Bay community of experience.
