  the item never made it to me.It was marked delivered however.Neither the seller or I know what happened to it,but my security cameras run 24/7 and on the date and time of delivery,no activity showed a delivery to me.Once we positively confirmed,the seller didn't hesitate to approve a refund and Ebay didn't hesitate to issue and deposit the refund immediately into my account.It is already there and my bank is processing it as I type.AWESOME seller and excellent service

  Item arrived late but undamaged, Price: MEDIUM. Shipping: FREE. Speed: DELAYED. Packaging: OK. I had to order this item (3) times from (2) different sellers. The first (2) deliveries were lost or delivered incorrectly. I finally got it though the 3rd time with this seller.

  A quality product (I have purchased it many times) at a very good price and it arrived in good condition. My only complaint was a notification that the product had been delivered, when in fact, it had not. The product was actually delivered the following day. The faulty notification makes no sense and was frustrating, but the problem was quickly resolved. All is good!
