  I actually tried to cancel order due to item not arriving on time. I was told it was already shipped but no tracking info was available! Seller stated to return item for a refund once it was delivered. Two days later I received a refund before item was delivered! Item was delivered but damaged, I contacted seller and told them the item was broken and asked if they wanted it returned? I was told to not worry about it!

  parcel got lost thru the mail. they notified me. since it had taken a long time, they advised they would refund me. will do business again
