    Easy install...said you needed two people...it was a bear to line up...but once one bolt was in...easy...the instructions are too small to be worthwhile but a YouTube video filled in a few gaps...

    Trailer hitch quality is perfect. Fast shipping. The only issue I had was that the wiring harness was missing. Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.
