    Seller is requesting $20 additional dollars for shipping or they won't ship and request that I cancel order if I don't agree to additional charge. Seller stated I live in a remote area. I do not live in a remote area. I have never experienced this before with any ebay seller (stating I live in remote area. I live one stated away from sellers stated address on their page. I will update this transaction if there are any changes.

    We sent pictures to the seller and they request more pictures of the damage product. Also the quality is not what we expected. They are implying that we should not have opened the package if it was damaged. We don't feel that the seller will resolve this were they refund. We just want a refund and a return sticker to send it back. We've sent multiple pictures and those are not enough now they're asking for more. The pictures clearly show the damage two packaging and product.

    not quite as distressed as I would like but works get a size larger than you measure as it a little small but will work. shipping a little slow but probably right coming from Pakistan I believe
