The postal weight clearly shows it was never sent. I contacted the seller to resolve the matter, they agreed to issue a refund for the missing piece. After a needless delay an amount was credited to my PayPal account that bears no relation to the actual price, and no explanation given on how it was calculated. Seller seems very aggressive in other feedback and eBay no help at all. Delay was caused because we have no knowledge of any buyers email address and had to request it from the buyer. Refund was calculated as to the value the buyer paid for the missing item. We are sorry that the buyer felt we were ripping him off, it was not our intention and an email could have sorted this. Not aggressive in feedback, we will only state the facts.
