  Asus soon as it was delivered, I started it up to check out all the specs to verify and it was exactly how it was described. I had no communication with the seller, but I also had no issues prior or during shipment. The price i paid was very reasonable and maybe under priced, considering I looked around, but for an item from 2012 i wouldnt really know how to price it. I already knew the device had some scratches no issues. Great product. Im very happy with my purchase! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Arrived intact. Excellent shipping. UPS was wrapped in half a roll of bubble wrap. Hardware was inside the battery tray as stated. However I one of the bolts came off and got lodged inside the UPS behind the battery case. Had to remove the cover to retrieve it. If seller reads this review please put screws and bolts in a plastic baggy for other customers. Thanks.

  Item arrived damaged due to packing but seller refunded the cost of the damaged part. The seller quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
