    Buyer never contacted me about any issue within the 30-day return period. The return request was submitted 45 days after delivery, which is outside eBay’s policy and the timeframe clearly stated on my listing. I respectfully declined the request in line with eBay’s guidelines. I strive to provide excellent service and transparency, and I consistently honor return windows across all transactions.
