  I was out of town when it arrived and it does not fit. However, I will not be returning after finding out the return shipping costs. I will also not be purchasing in the future due to the lack of fair return policy and the overcharging of merchandise. I saw on the tag that the seller purchased this dress at less than half the price of what I was charged. I understanding having to mark up to make a profit, but this is straight up price gauging.
