  The mounting brackets are missing. I sent the seller pictures of what I received. They wanted to give a partial refund. I need the brackets. It is useless without the brackets. I told seller to send the brackets or another that is not missing anything. I asked how much they would refund and they quit responding. Item was in California, seller in China. Apparently is a drop-ship seller. Seller isn't good at resolving the issue. Not good at all. I need it now and can not use it. Buyers beware..

  They cancelled my $25 order because of a price mistake. But then they lied about not having that item in stock while putting the same item back up for sale for $205.
