I asked for a refund, they said they would send it to correct address. I cancel refund, I see on tracking they denied it. Lost in mail, unable to ask for refund again, responses from them are frivolous. Refuse to replace or refund. At this point hoping USPS figures it out. Otherwise I'm out $$$ & they're sitting pretty.
