  Excellent excellent service. I purchased this player thinking was a 4k and had previously messaged seller prior purchase. Anyway was some confusion. Seller even though was no return or cancellation accepted to return and pay extra amount for purchase of the Sony 4k player. Can’t say enough how helpful and considerate they have been even picking up the tab for return post. Highly recommend seller to anyone Thanks so much. Look forward to 4 kaying. Sue

  Exactly as described. Great product. Shame it took so long to get here. Dropshipping from China is not the same as Australian delivery. Delivery information should be updated to show correct delivery point. Delivery shows 8 April arrived 8 May.
