However, this supplier on EBay had the same chair, at the same price, but with free delivery to NI. I was given options for delivery dates and was updated regularly with tracking. The chair was delivered exactly on time, and well packaged. I'm delighted with the quality of the chair, and also with the customer service.

The packaging was in good condition externally though the storage box itself had some damage to 2 of the panels but luckily not enough to be returned. Very good value for money.
