  Description was lacking but seller offered free return since they could not access the item to verify more details. Kicked out as it wound up being what I needed pressure-wise. Block it came in was clearly labelled, well packed, shipped quickly, good condition and good value. If they had taken a picture of the box it was in, would have cleared up the questions up front, but someone else might have grabbed it. Good experience.

  Listing detail said that they were offering free shipping, but it wasn't applying to my account. I contacted the seller and they got back to me quickly to let me know that promotion was no longer available. I ordered 25 Tamper Resistant USB/USB-C outlets, and 4 count were damaged in shipping. They told me I could send back and I requested to keep, they refunded 50% of purchase price, which I thought was fair as the damage was cosmetic. Great seller overall and good communication.

  Slow to respond to my shipping information request finally relied after 3 days. Product was not shipped in a box so the plastic package got bent up in handling . Fortunately no damage to product. Good value for a discounted unopened item .

  A+++++Seller; excellent customer care/communication. Huge variety of items, well described with supporting photos, very competitive prices. Bolts were shipped out fast, typical unexplained postal system delays out of the Sellers control. Seller looked into the post office delay and responded back to my inquiry quickly. Bolts are nice quality/manufacture, look and function great. Very highly recommend this outstanding Seller and these bolts, will shop and buy here again with confidence.

  I ordered two bulbs but one came. I contacted the seller and they were very nice and refunded the price of second bulb and half of the shipping charges. They were excellent and easy to deal with. I would buy from them anytime.
