  WOW! What a wonderful buying experience, from communications before and during purchase to delivery. Bench is gorgeous and very sturdy. That's what I call excellent customer service.   I would not post negative feedback for refusal to deliver even after 4 so called attempts Including please leave at door sign ignored, sitting near front door for 2 hour slot to say they arrived 45 minutes later , all occasions was present , dogs never barked !.During this debacle had deliveries from other couriers . No it was their response to purchase cancellation ,they refused and then said would refund when delivered back , they told eBay it had been delivered to me , eBay SORTED REFUND
