  The Nikwax products were as advertised and therefore of a good quality and value. They arrived in a good condition and appearance. The only problem was with delivery. They arrived 4 days late. However I think this was the fault of the Post Office because I kept getting revised delivery dates. Even after I had received the goods, I got a message from the Post Office to say they were with out for delivery.

  Quality Item as described and was well packaged which meant it arrived in perfect condition and the appearance of it was perfect which you would expect brand new. The item is definitely value for money and I am pleased with the seller & item received. There was a slight delay receiving the item but I was informed that the delivery was running late.

  I can't rate the item I ordered as I still haven't received it; It was an international shipment, so I'm sure the hangup is somewhere in customs. Hopefully it clears soon as it has been 15 business days. Service was great as I had a question regarding the item prior to purchase, which is quickly answered in a detailed manner. I messaged a few out suppliers the exact question and did not receive a response, so I greatly appreciate it!

  Delivery was quick and the oil came well packed for transportation. Item is just as described and is just what I was expecting, which is great. Communication from the seller was great from the beginning to the end of this transaction. Thank you for a great service.
