    Many thanks to Gift Envy UK for sending this beautifully realistic quality figurine of a song thrush, exactly what I wanted. Their communication was excellent, the parcel was sent extremely promptly, and it was very well packed so as to arrive in perfect condition. The price of the item and cost of shipping were reasonable. Overall, I am delighted with my purchase and highly recommend the seller. AAA+++

    A really beautiful item. Good value. Sadly, despite bubble wrap and crumpled paper packing, arrived with beak broken off during transit. Seller responded promptly and refunded in full. Unfortunately said they were unable to replace as no stock left. Seller has been very decent and trustworthy. I would buy from them again.

    The card arrived within the 3-5 day window, well packed, in perfect condition and exactly as described by the seller. I am very pleased with it and I hope my granddaughter will be too.
