  Product delivered was exactly as advertised. Product was well packed and arfived damage free. Delivery date was on time as promised. Vendor communicated often as to status and information was always accurate.

  I ordered a product from this seller and they sent me the wrong product because the listing is actually wrong so i was returning it but i made a mistake after i printed the return label and accidentally touched the cancel return button i still returned the item as per ebay agent and the seller has received it back but hasnt sent my refund nor will they reply to my many many messages about the issue. If u dont want to get ripped off and ignored please do not use this seller!!! THIEF THIEF THIEF

  Well packaged. Arrived with zero leakage! Four stars. I would give five stars but price with shipping was very high.

  Product is great but seller never replied to repeated communication. I did reorder from them once price of product changed and high shipping per item was removed. I didn’t want to buy 10 items w/a $10 shipping charge and then discover that if I didn’t get what was advertised. A little communication goes a long way. Would have bought all 11 first time had they taken time to respond.

  In our 650 Feedbacks left for Sellers, we've only left 4 merited Negative. I ordered 2 bottles of Matrix Biolage Smooth Therapie Smoothing Serum--only received one. I eBay Messaged Seller a few times...crickets. No response. No acknolwegment was ever received, and no explanation as to the shorted order. Then once I opend INR they wrote in angry all Caps that the would check into it. I reiterated product not Refund. They Refunded with no explanation as to why they did not honor our request.
