  There was a bit of a mix-up with the handle that was sent--I contacted the seller and he corrected the issue right away, by sending the correct handle and letting me keep the first one and he covered the postage. I have a strict deadline since I need to take this on a trip on a certain date, and he made it work. Mix-ups happen, but this seller corrected it right away. Shipped promptly and packaged very safely. Great transaction--thanks!

  No complaints. Seller got item back after a return to sender was placed on my order for some reason. Seller personally reached out and asked for a second address to send it to, in which the seller delivered to right away. Very happy and thankful the seller did that!
