  Very good item for the money, item is as described and works very well ,quick delivery, post office managed to knock the lid off the box the item was in ,even though it was in a quite tightly fitting bubble wrap envelope, maybe a little bit more wrap inside to stop all movement? Just an idear, however I would buy from again no problem. Cheers

  After-sales service was great. However, there was a problem with one of my items, but the seller gave a full refund with no need to return the faulty item, which saved me time and money. If and when needed, I would order from this seller again in the future for sure. From the time I paid until the time my order arrived, which was before the estimated date given, it was fast. The things I purchased were reasonably priced, and our conversation went well too, which was nice.

  Item is exactly as description. Great price too. Post Office took nearly 10 days to deliver, but the Seller has been great in answering all my messages and did offer to resend item if it didn't arrive that day! Can't ask better than that.

  Very sturdy and exactly what I wanted. The price was a good buy for two. The size was just right. Quick despatched. Product in excellent brand new condition. Packaging was good and protected in bubble envelope. Good communication and reply. Highly recommend. Definitely would buy from them again.

  Order didn't arrive as expected. I was asked to wait a couple more days, then given a refund. (I would have preferred to be given the option of a re-send rather than having to re-order the item.) Then it unexpectely got delivered a day later. The remote works fine, although 1 button has a slight tendency to catch under the edge of its hole, but this isn't a deal breaker. Now I can watch and record stuff again. Reasonably priced item & seller was quick, helpful & polite when the issue was raised.
