  The seller was great and sent the towel bar very quickly. When the package arrived, the box was three-fourths opened on top. When I opened the box, the small package containing the mounting brackets and screws, etc. was missing. I sent the seller photos and explained. They issued a refund immediately. I would definitely buy from them again.

  Items arrived in-tact, as advertised. Would of felt better if some sort of packing was placed in the box to help absorb the handling of the items by the postal service. Great shipping time and fees. Thanks.
