    Shipping was fast-sooner than expected and a good value. That being said, the puzzle box was only shipped in the plastic shipping bag and the puzzle box was crushed. The puzzle pieces are in a plastic bag so I feel confident all the pieces are there. I am not a collector so I'm not concerned about the box.

    missing edge pieces, was sealed as if it was new but have almost completed the puzzle and missing pieces. Was sold as new.

    This was a brand new puzzle. It was completely sealed. You have obviously either misplaced the pieces or are mistaking us for another vendor that you purchased a different puzzle from. You should have addressed this with us directly instead of just arbitrarily leaving negative feedback. We will reach out to you via email to discuss this further and what your options are at this time. We do offer free shipping on returns and a full money back guarantee if you're not happy with your purchase.
