  Packaging was superb, they took a lot of care. The dryer itself looks brand new but I think there's an issue with the folding handle; the housing is a bit loose, which is what happened to my other hair dryer (same type). Disappointing, but I don't think this should reflect on the seller. I'm going to try and tighten the screw and hope I don't break the whole thing.
