    Ski boots were packaged well. Quality was just as described in the post, definitely used ski rental quality. But that's ok, it was how it was described and what I expected. Appreciate that package was received only five days after purchasing, wow! The seller was very responsive.

    Item was sent out and received in a very efficient manner. Item was packaged very well. Unfortunately the part was incorrect but I got a very quick response and issue resolved in a few hours. A+ customer service. I will definitely order from kiwi again.

    Great price for this item however the color of the item wasn’t included in description and is not black as I thought it was from original photos or the additional ones they sent me upon request. Great communication as a seller and fast refund process.
