  I had the best experience with this seller! Item was shipped quickly and arrived just as described The photos showed me exactly what little marks were on her so there were no surprise flaws. The pony was packaged very securely and even had a "Handle with care" note on the outside for the postal service!   This seller is THE BEST I have encountered on Ebay. My package was not scanned in by USPS when picked up, and no other tracking was updated. I contacted the seller who opened a lost pkg case with USPS, and continued to contact them over the course of a month until the package was found and delivered. Seller went above and beyond! The item was packaged securely and arrived safely and was exactly as pictured and described. Excellent communication and customer service! Thank you again!

  🩵🩷💛(Princess lot.) Ponies were exactly as described, so there were no unwanted surprises. Ponies were kindly wrapped in bubble wrap, and the package had indications of its frailty. Shipping was reasonable, and quick. Thank you so much! Would buy feom this seller again!💛🩵🩷
