Yes, contacted the seller by email many times, responses were moot. Tried calling 3 times and no answer. I NEVER RECEIVED this item, but there is no way to communicate that via internet. Everyone assumes the shipment arrived, well IT DID NOT !!!!! The shipping time and seller communication is non-existent.

Excited to have received my flight sim 2020, I'm brand new to MSFS so I'm still in the "training" process, but so far it's pretty awesome. Great graphics, great price, delivered when stated. Did take 6 1/2 hours to download, but it was stated that it would, so not complaining, just be prepared to carve out a chunk of time, in the end, it's worth it. I love it so far.
