  the vendor was very nice in regards to the item i purchased. i actually ordered the wrong item and when asked to return they allowed me to keep the item and refunded the purchase price. i would deal with them again if i have the opportunity , Thank you Auto parts tool store

  I was in extreme need for this particular product. They sold me the product and later told me they no longer had in stock. I was looking forward to receiving this product at the specified date and they just sent me a text saying that they didn't have in stock and they didn't know when they would have in stock from their other warehouse. Sometimes people rely on things, and this type of mismanagement can be extremely inconvenient. I'm very upset with this company.
