It's obvious that they're shipping is lacking. After numerous messages to the seller explaining that I have not received the item and I would simply like a refund of my money all I got was excuses. Their comment was return the item and we will refund your money. Hard to return the item that you've never received. I should have paid more attention to negative feedback as this appears to be not the first time.
