  The customer service was good that I won’t lie, but it came in a simple bag. No box or nothing and when I plugged them into the controller, both of the New ones it It locks on the mini screen of the customize, your profile to pick your profile of the controller. Feel kind of bad. I was excited. I can still enjoy them, but not how I want to. I gotta use one individually.

  Shipping was delayed due to UPS sorting issue, NOT the sellers fault. The description was for the Fitbit sense advanced (sense 2), what was delivered was an original sense. HOWEVER, I actually wanted the original sense, so this worked out for me. I am not giving a negative review due to I am happy with my purchase. The only issue is the band smells like smoke, but it is used, so I installed the band from my old sense.
