  Item doesn’t hold a charge. Description said everything was functional, however that was not the case. Seller wouldn’t let me return because I missed the deadline by 1 day. Very disappointed with this purchase.

  Mower great but battery is defective. Battery dies in 18-20 minutes at best and needs to cool down for at least 40 minutes before it can be charged and that takes almost 2 hours. I would be okay with another battery or one that lasts 45 minutes as advertised
