  Seller stated in listing that package was damaged; they did not specify that the action figure was missing parts. Seller refused to communicate with me or respond to my messages, even prior to the item being shipped. Even after I received it damaged, all they offered was a partial refund. Seller is Matt Marsh from Montgomery Alabama, who owned the now defunct Matt’s Toy Shop.
